Are you tired, run down, struggling to balance life commitments without compromising your health and wellbeing? Are you looking to improve your health, wellness, peace of mind, and feel more emotionally balanced? Are you ready to make a change but do you feel overwhelmed about where to begin?

I hear you! I know what it’s like trying to find your way in the sea of uncertainty. When I first started my wellness journey, I wasn’t sure where to start, how to eat right, which exercise program to follow or how to manage the stresses of everyday life without impacting my physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. But despite the uncertainty, I knew I had to make a change so I dove in and hoped for the best.

Along my journey, I learned to stop overcommitting, overextending, overindulging and overtraining and, in turn, was able to overcome burnout, health issues and pain.

The changes were remarkable and I wanted to share what I learned to help others transform their lives as well. I created This Wellness Life as a way to support people in their health journeys and assist in making step by step changes they could stick with long term. These are the tools I wish I had when I was first starting out!

This Wellness Life’s approach is based on key pillars including mindset, movement, managing stress levels, maximising nutrition and habit-based intervention - all using natural approaches. Programs are tailored to meet your needs and to support you along the way with exceptional tools, coaching, products and professional resources to help you succeed.

When I’m not coaching clients to succeed or running custom workshops, I enjoy spending time with the hubby and our fur and feather family (four rescue cats and two chickens). I love being outdoors and enjoy camping, hiking, running, scuba diving and anything to do with warm, tropical beach locations. Thanks to hubby, I’m also learning to grow our own food and appreciate the art of cooking!
