doTERRA’s Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is completely optional. It’s a fantastic rewards program that can actually save you lots of money and earn you free doTERRA products! We like to compare it to Frequent Flyer Points (you know, the things you earn for flying with your favourite airline carrier?) To see the biggest benefits, you’ll want to place a 100 PV (point) order every month, which is roughly equal to $100 a month.

Now, this might sound like a lot. But let us remind you, doTERRA offers more than just oils! They also have beauty and skincare products, salon products like shampoo and conditioner, cleaning products, supplements and more! If you start purchasing your daily household items like laundry detergent. deodorant. facial cleansers and toothpaste with doTERRA, you’ll see how beneficial this program really is - especially since you’ll be earning point to use toward free products.

What does this mean? Well, for the first three months that you’re placing 50PV (point) orders, you’ll earn 10% back in free product credits. For instance, for every $100 you buy, you’ll get $10 back in free product credits that you can use like cash and redeem for products. The next three months that you place 50PV orders, you’ll earn credits back at a rate of 15%, and so on from there. After 13 months of placing 50PV orders, you’ll be earning credits back at a rate of 30%, which is a huge cost savings! Think about it: for every $30 you spend, you’ll earn 30% in credit!

This is ON TOP of the 25% wholesale discount you’re already earning from being a doTERRA member. So the above is an additional 10-30% savings!

Another big cost savings available as part of LRP is the points you earn back on your shipping costs, which equate to 1 point for every dollar spent on shipping.

When you enrol as a Wholesale Customer, you have the option of joining doTERRA’s Loyalty Rewards Program. Some people join straight away (this is a great way to add oils to your collection slowly over time), whereas other people wait a few months, test out the products they’ve already ordered and then decide to jump on board with the monthly ordering program.

Level 1 - 1PV
If you need to scale back on your order one month, you can order as little as 1PV and maintain your percentage and your current points. However, please be aware that you won’t earn new points and that month won’t count toward your advancement to the next percentage earning level.

Level 2 - 50PV
When you place an order of at least 50PV, this will count toward your advancement to the next percentage level. You will also qualify to earn a commission bonus for orders placed below you.

Level 3 - 100PV
Are you keen to earn additional bonuses? Make sure to place a 100PV order each month to be eligible for additional incentives and bonuses!

Level 4 - 125PV
For each month that you place a single 125PV order before the 15th of the month, you will receive doTERRA’s free Product of the Month (POM)! This product varies by country and is selected by doTERRA.

The nitty gritty on LRP

• You can change the date that your order processes whenever you want.

• You can change your LRP order as many times as you want up until midnight (MT) before the processing date you have chosen.

• You can have more than one LRP each month. However, each order must follow the level rules indicated above. For instance, if you want to buy a second order on LRP and it’s less than 50PV, you will not get points on that order.

• So as not to lose your LRP points, you’ll want to place at least a 1PV LRP order every month.  Healing Hands donations do not have any PV. An LRP with only a Healings Hand donation will result in you losing accrued points and doTERRA LRP Loyalty Rewards level (%).

• All reward points and percentage will be immediately cancelled with LRP cancellation. This means you’ll not only lose any points you’ve accrued, but you will have to start all over again on your %. If you want to cancel your monthly LRP, we strongly suggest you use up all remaining points before doing so.

• There is no maximum monthly credit accumulation limit.

• Product credits have no PV or cash redemption value and are not transferable.

• Products purchased with LRP credits are not for resale.

• Cancellation of LRP orders must take place over the telephone by calling Member Services. This Wellness Life cannot cancel LRP on your behalf.

• You can’t put your order on hold or skip a month.

Redeeming points rules

• When you first sign up for LRP, you must wait 60 days before points become available for use. After that, you’ll get any new points you earned on’around the 15th of the month after you earned them.

• Product credits expire 12 months from the date of issue.

• When redeeming points, you must pay for at least one product in the order.

• A redemption fee of $3, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges will apply when redeeming points.

• LRP points can be used to purchase full PV products only (this means there are certain items you can’t use to buy with your points.

• LRP points can be redeemed by phone or online via your back office.

Things to consider if you’re keen to earn bonuses

• If you want to earn bonuses from Wellness Advocates placed under you, you must have a 100PV template at all times. This means if you place an order for less than 100PV, right after the order processes, you’ll want to edit your LRP template so it’s over 100PV. Fast Start (enrolment) checks are issued weekly. Retail, Preferred Member and Unilevel checks are issued monthly on the 15th so please make sure your template is in good standing on a regular basis so you don’t miss out on earnings.

• You’ll want to have at least 100PV each month to earn bonuses and you must have at least one order over 100PV (i.e., five 20PV orders don’t count).
